GREY WOLF · PERSONAL PROTECTION

Recognise. Prevent. Respond.

A tailored individual programme built around your needs and delivered in an agreed setting, including at home when appropriate.

TAILORED TRAINING

Personal safety starts before confrontation.

The programme is designed for people who want greater confidence in everyday situations through a practical, progressive and personalised approach. It draws on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu principles and Grey Wolf's experience in personal protection, adapted to the person and context.

The aim is not to seek confrontation. Training starts with prevention, awareness, emotional control, communication, de-escalation and the ability to create space and leave a risky situation.

THE PROGRAMME

01

Prevention

Recognise context, warning signs and possible exits before a situation escalates.

02

Distance and position

Manage space, posture and movement to reduce exposure and preserve options to disengage.

03

Close contact

Use simple principles of posture, balance, control and release when physical contact cannot be avoided.

04

Ground and recovery

Work on protecting yourself from disadvantaged positions, recovering a safer position and creating an opportunity to leave.
