Perception–action
Train reading the situation and acting on relevant information.
GREY WOLF METHOD
A modern approach to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu designed around adaptation, perception and decision-making.
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Grey Wolf uses principles from the Constraints-Led Approach and Ecological Dynamics to design training situations in which the student must perceive information, identify opportunities and adapt to a resisting partner.
The goal is not to accumulate isolated sequences, but to build usable skill in variable and representative situations.
We use the scientific framework as a source for training design rather than as a marketing label, keeping general skill-acquisition principles distinct from our practical applications on the mat.
Train reading the situation and acting on relevant information.
Adjust task, environment and individual constraints to shape useful behaviour.
Build adaptability instead of depending on one rehearsed sequence.
Keep training connected to the problems that occur in live grappling.
